iFly is an indoor skydiving simulation in Orlando, Florida where you experience what it feels like to skydive. The indoor skydiving takes place in a vertical wind tunnel where there is no parachute or jumping, just you and your instructor.

The tunnel has fans at the top which draws air through the chamber, and back down the sides through Return Air Towers (RATs). Before entering the tunnel, you will gear up wearing a flight suit, earplugs, closed toed shoes, a helmet, and safety glasses. After that, you will go through a flight training instruction where you learn hand signals and body positions. During the flight, remember to keep your legs straight and apart and your hands bent.

When I first went into the wind tunnel, I was nervous that I wouldn’t be in the correct position or know the hand signals. Flying was easier than I expected and the trainer in the tunnel with me was very helpful. My flight was exciting and I recommend it if you’ve wanted to experience what it feels like to fly.

Prices range depending on how many flights you would like to experience. For example, the lowest price for two flights is $69.95 per person and the highest price for five flights is $131.95.
