On September 28, 2018, the Brevard Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Mark Mullins visited Satellite High School’s Fashion Design Program to receive pink ties in spirit of the upcoming Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Mullins will be sporting a pink tie crafted by Brevard’s Fashion Design Programs, every day throughout the month of October. In addition to the ties, Mullins is participating in Real Men Wear Pink, the American Cancer Society’s endeavor to spread awareness and to eliminate breast cancer.
